Service advisor is great. Unfortunately my car was forgotten about when I brought it in for service. I Was told the repair would more than likely be done the same day I droppe Unfortunately my car was forgotten about when I brought it in for service. I Was told the repair would more than likely be done the same day I dropped it off, but they didn’t start working on my vehicle until mid-day of the following day, apparently it kept getting re-assigned to different technicians. It was a bit frustrating having to be without my car for 2 days for what was a 1-2 hour repair. More

I arrived to inquire about having a trim piece replaced. I was directed to Ellis collision center. Upon arriving at the collision center I was told that particular repair was done at the dealership.
