I called looking for help with a warranty issue. ..I was told by the person on the other end, that he would have someone for finance call me back... No one called me back after 5 days so I called the ..I was told by the person on the other end, that he would have someone for finance call me back... No one called me back after 5 days so I called them and I was given that same message...that was a week ago and still no call from anyone... And that's not the first time that has happened to me when I've had a warranty issue. More

After I received service (oil change, tire rotation) from the dealership. The technician didn’t replace my tire lock (which I had to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up, didn’t reset my oil life neither did the dealership. The technician didn’t replace my tire lock (which I had to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up, didn’t reset my oil life neither did they place a sticker to let me know when my vehicle should up for next service, didn’t refill wind shield wiper fluid etc. Which leads me to wonder if the services I paid for was even provided.
