I arrived to inquire about having a trim piece replaced. I was directed to Ellis collision center. Upon arriving at the collision center I was told that particular repair was done at the dealership. I then I was directed to Ellis collision center. Upon arriving at the collision center I was told that particular repair was done at the dealership. I then had to return to the dealership to continue the process. Not a very productive use of my time. More

Service advisor is great. Unfortunately my car was forgotten about when I brought it in for service. I Was told the repair would more than likely be done the same day I droppe Unfortunately my car was forgotten about when I brought it in for service. I Was told the repair would more than likely be done the same day I dropped it off, but they didn’t start working on my vehicle until mid-day of the following day, apparently it kept getting re-assigned to different technicians. I never received an OWNERS MANUAL with the vehicle. Instead there was an OPERATORS MANUAL, which is worthless to me. So I had to purchase an owners manual from HELM for $80.00. A vehicle with a MSRP of $88,970 should come with an owners manual just like all the other Tahoes/Chevrolet vehicles I have purchased in the past. More
