I never received an OWNERS MANUAL with the vehicle. Instead there was an OPERATORS MANUAL, which is worthless to me. So I had to purchase an owners manual from HELM for $80.00. I arrived to inquire about having a trim piece replaced. I was directed to Ellis collision center. Upon arriving at the collision center I was told that particular repair was done at the dealership. I then I was directed to Ellis collision center. Upon arriving at the collision center I was told that particular repair was done at the dealership.
