I had a conversation with a employee here and inquired about the lease price. She promised to contact me once the price was calculated, but it's been two days with no response. Since then, there has been about the lease price. She promised to contact me once the price was calculated, but it's been two days with no response. Since then, there has been no communication at all. She doesn't answer the phone, and there's no reply to the text messages either. This is my first time experiencing such poor customer service from a car dealership. More

First, I want to say that this review has nothing to do with Vladimir, which is my service rep. He is great. I’m not happy about some of the service that we performed for the amount of money that I was cha with Vladimir, which is my service rep. He is great. I’m not happy about some of the service that we performed for the amount of money that I was charged. I also think the dealership should also Work on finding more diesel techs. Having your vehicle sit at a dealership for two weeks waiting is not only costly but also is a big inconvenience for that amount of time and that doesn’t even include the service time. My total time was almost 3 weeks. More
