Every time I try to use my platinum plan, I am told this and that is not covered, but when maintenance package was purchased, I was told only battery and brakes were not covered. I went there with an appointment to repair a faulty window regulator. Made me wait 5 hours to tell me what I already knew and charged me $175 for the diagnosis, and recommended that I change the entir window regulator. The dealership was not very helpful in finding the problem. After having to rent a car from Hertz and going back to the dealership the problem was not fixed once i got home and realized my keys did no problem.
