Very disappointed in last service visit. A/C condenser diagnosed as bad “as is common with these models”. I made an appointment to have the transmission on my truck looked at. I came in for the appointment a week later only to find out that the tech was on vacation. About 3 & 1/2 weeks Ed called (not the original advisor) with an appointment and a loaner car. Brought the car in as scheduled on Monday. Tech didn't get to it. Tuesday tech wasn't in. Wednesday tech still didn't get to it. Finally late afternoon the tech test drive it,looked at codes said everything is normal. I still think there is an issue with the transmission, guess only time will tell. More
Scheduled routine maintenance for my Encore at this dealer because I just moved and it is one of the closest to me. Not only was it more expensive than any other Buick Dealer I’ve been to, but I also w dealer because I just moved and it is one of the closest to me. Not only was it more expensive than any other Buick Dealer I’ve been to, but I also waited 2.5 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Should have been topped off on fluids, and when I got home found my washer fluid nearly empty. Did not receive any paperwork detailing what was found in the multipoint inspection, which I have always been given in the past from other dealers when I go in for routine maintenance. Disappointed and won’t be back to this location. More
