Very unhappy with the service I received at this dealership. I took my vehicle in for a auto body repair item twice in a 2 week period. When .I went in for the repair I stood at the customer servic dealership. I took my vehicle in for a auto body repair item twice in a 2 week period. When .I went in for the repair I stood at the customer service entrance for approximately 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence.Then three different service advisors gave me misleading information about my repair over a 4 day period of me calling to inquire about my vehicle. Needless to say they kept my vehicle for a week. I was inconvenienced and no one cared I’m still waiting on the service manager as I write this review to give my a call I never received. Happy to take my business elsewhere . More
Brought in because of airbag recall, check headlight, and change oil. They could not repair headlight because it was after market. The oil change was expensive. The service airbag light is still on. Anna in the call center made a scheduling mistake and never bothered to apologize for her mistake. Instead she apologized for a miscommunication which is far from an apology of a mistake. My vehicle had been there since Friday and I received no update until Monday even though I was told the part would be in on Saturday. Kristin and the service manager attempted to resolve the issue with their apologies which was nice but a simple apology from Anna in regards to her mistake would have sufficed but apparently that was a weeks worth of unnecessary back and forth with no resolution. My sales rep Richard, however is amazing! If I ever have a service issue, I know he will help me with it so I don’t have to deal with the lies and foolery that Anna put me through. More
