Replace Battery Great service, but I’m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost except Great service, but I’m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost excepting a labor charge of $25. Since the battery was defective and I paid for the initial installation,I feel this to be unfair. It was a GM battery under warranty and I should not reasonably anticipate incurring a labor expense on a virtually new battery. I’m a long time customer and enjoy the relative comradely of a long-time relationship. It’s a wonderful service department. I’ll likely be a customer until I no longer can operate a vehicle.
