Brought the car in for an oil change and to look at a few other minor concerns. Was given an $8900 estimate that dId not include the oil change or any of the requests! When said I wanted to know about 6 items, it took 3 days, and still 2 werent addressed. When asked again, they called back with with ntf. Then called back and said tech refused to work in my car!!! He was afraid their was Nike inside. I ex as ones that what he was seeing was only carpet under the 3rd row seating that I couldn't fit vacuum hose attachment to get up. They REFUSED to finish the job and then went in the say the cost to pick it up is the oil change IS $150 For each estimatebifbthe 6 requests!!!! Nothing was tested, thus usvpurektvavtecs guess. Nothing taken apart!! 1:2 want addressed. They did 1 test drive . This is the words , most insulting service ever!!! More
