Extended warranty work David worked very hard to get warranty work approved. It was an intermittent problem that, of course, wouldn't present itself for the service techs. I drove in the next day and showed David so he could record the issue and he was able to get it covered and have them waive the deductible since I had just paid it for another issue they found. More
I was charged $15 to replace battery in key fob. I was told that I was not going to get charged to do that before the service. I noticed the charge after I had left the facility and review the paperwork, told that I was not going to get charged to do that before the service. My aging Escalade needed some work before a long trip. Sean and the gang once again made magic happen. Now, my truck drives like when I first bought it ! I'll be back to see the sales department sometime soon. The service here is excellent, the night-time-drop-off is easy with the key drop off. Definitely recommend. More

Not a good experience Had an appt. for oil change @8:30 AM. My husband took my Enclave in for me. He was there 1 1/2 hrs. He was given no updates or anything at all about why this was taking so long. Way too long to wait for an oil change. I guess they squirt the vehicle off because dirty water streaks were all over it. I don’t expect a wash, but just don’t make it nasty looking. He then had to go & have it washed. But I am assuming the oil was changed. Please do not contact me in any way about this. Another time this same thing happened & someone called & was very rude to me on the phone. More
