Went in for an oil change and warranty work. When the bill was presented a $15 facility fee was added on. When asked what that was I got a non answer about maintaining equipment and disposal of stuff. bill was presented a $15 facility fee was added on. Is t the point of pricing correctly making sure you cover your overhead? But they took me in on time and I had my car back by noon. Horrible IT and understaffed transmission brought in my avenir at 22,500 service with an appointment but due to staffing - NOTHING was done that day and had to bring back a second time on sec brought in my avenir at 22,500 service with an appointment but due to staffing - NOTHING was done that day and had to bring back a second time on second trip, was told only one transmission specialist was available and might have to bring tack a third time. luckily, car was worked in and requested service performed on that second trip. Jerry was the ONLY reason i did not give lower rating... he did an excellent job BUT Jerry is not even listed here as a Service employee i dealt with... could not make appointment via the MyBuick app... could not make appointment on jim ellis.com... could not add my vehicle to my account... overall, very poor IT support of your dealership More

Truly concerned, took care of me I purchased a used truck from Jim Ellis Buford, and within a week the brakes had gone out on me. I was upset and thought I had been duped, so I had tr I purchased a used truck from Jim Ellis Buford, and within a week the brakes had gone out on me. I was upset and thought I had been duped, so I had trepidation in starting the process to get the truck fixed and inspected. Alan Cavell, who sold me the truck, was truly concerned and took control of the situation. He got me in the service department where Sean Garrett and his team did a great job repairing the truck providing great service. Along with the brake work, they reinspected the truck, which gave me peace of mind. The treatment I was given at Jim Ellis Buford was exceptional. Alan and Sean's action to resolve my issue gave me the trust and confidence I had going into Jim Ellis initially to find a truck. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a great one.
