Sales Advisor David Gonzalez was not professional he did not update me on my car being service and did not to attempt to call me back. And he keep my car for over 24 hours just to change a battery and clean not update me on my car being service and did not to attempt to call me back. Appt. scheduled for oil change only. After being told twice not to rotate the tires since we had just had that done, tires were rotated anyway. I did speak with Sean over the phone regarding this. He just wrote it a off as “human error” & that is what is routinely done. In my line of work as a RN that attitude could kill someone. He did offer to come get the vehicle & rotate the tires back. The issue here is the sloppiness in the way things are handled here. We have had several issues with this particular service Dept. over the years. We will not be back or recommend this service Dept. More
