I bought a GMC from another dealer and some issues with my sunroof two days later. I brought it to Jim Ellis Mall of Ga and they took the best of care of me. Tate in service kept me up to date and gave exc my sunroof two days later. I brought it to Jim Ellis Mall of Ga and they took the best of care of me. Jorge was great. Service was great. Setting up the appointment was PAINFUL! I couldn’t set up an appointment online, The chat services were useless, and I ended up having to call. Which was fine bu appointment was PAINFUL! I couldn’t set up an appointment online, The chat services were useless, and I ended up having to call. Which was fine but I told them that I needed my 15,000 mile maintenance and they told me on the phone all that was was an oil change and tire rotation but when I got there it was also an alignment and some other things which meant instead of being in an out in an hour or so I was at the dealership for over three hours! Had I known up front I would’ve been better prepared and probably have picked a different date. It’s not clear to me why Jim Ellis didn’t know what my car needed for a 15,000 mile check up. More

One of my tires was overinflated at 51 (Should be 33). I just happened to see the display and caught it and had them correct the mistake. Could have been a life threatening situation with a tire blowing out just happened to see the display and caught it and had them correct the mistake. The Service Dept. staff is always courteous. Jorge was very helpful and I hope he remains at the Service Center. We appreciated the LYFT trip to the Mall, for lunch. Tate and the entire service department provided excellent service and the transactions were seemless. Even when there was a shuttle issue, items were resolved quickly. Service rep( Jorge) was not familiar with service policies or warranties - nor had he pulled the information prior to us getting there which should alwyas be done. We paid for warranty coverage that was not the coverage that we actually had - Jorge was rude when communicating with us and though Sean the service manager helped in any way he could - the maintenance that was covered for oil change and tire rotation - they only did the oil change did not rotate tires and kept the truck 5 days even after we would not pay to have air conditioner condensor replaced when air conditioner works - just had a slow freon leak since it was not covered under warranty we purchased. More
