Was a good experience. Came in for oil change. Only concern was that car was not washed at the end until requested. Jim Ellis Service sets the standard for others to follow. They are courteous as well as flexible willing to meet a customer's sometimes erratic schedule. Sales Javon, Sam, Jason and the sales team are all Top notch. Had a post transaction issue and they stepped up big time and were willing to do the right thing.
