Lazy, incompetent, and cant give 2 xxxxs about customers. Told us the warranty wouldn’t cover the issue because of improper care of vehicle. This was a complete lie. Then when we pick up the truck it says part failure having nothing to do with proper maintenance. I have bought a lot of vehicles from a lot of dealers and by far Jim Ellis is the worse. That means all of them as far as I am concerned. More
