Tate was Awesome! As a GM retiree of 20 years I find it difficult to believe you are now charging $ 80 buck for an oil change. Your people are awesome however your ever increasing prices are certainly not. This tells me when I'm ready to purchase again it wont be with your dealership as I will not be able to afford it.I find it sad to see empty showroom spaces not filled with Buick's and/ or GMC vehicles but even more so the non GM cars out front and center of your dealership. Your parking out front is absolutely pathetic, very poorly thought out. More

I'm a little hesitant to give a good rating for this reason. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. That was fine, no problems. Then the service advisor came into the waiting area and suggeste reason. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. That was fine, no problems. Then the service advisor came into the waiting area and suggested that I replace two air filters. One was the engine filter and the other was a cabin filter. He said that it needed to be done. I wasn't sure about it but agreed to do it. I came home and looked in my owners manual after talking to my husband to find that it was not time for either one. My car had a little less than 15,000 miles on it when I came in. So now I feel like I cannot trust the service advisors here anymore. Very disappointed, Brenda Squires More
