Pre-owned truck in shop just 10 days after purchase I purchased a 2010 Ford F-150 4x4 on June 4,2010. The AC unit fails after a week along with the ABS for the brake system and the linkage on the transfer case for the 4-wheel drive breaks. I take the truck to a local Ford dealership to get it diagnosed. I had purchased the 'Total car care package warranty($2970.00) through Jim Ellis finance dept. , Fidelity warranty service, and after 9 days of being in the shop, the insurance doesn't want to cover anything except for $49.00 of the brake sensor. This l;eft me with a $495.00 diagnostic bill and a truck thats still unsafe just weeks after I bought it. I had been in touch with Jerome, finance manager, sheldon story, salesman, Toni head sales man and Their general concensus was bring it up here. So i had no choice but to pay the fee then drive 70 miles back to jim ellis. they kept the truck for 6 more days=15 total dys my trucks in the shop out of 30, and they did fix it. Jeroms said that all the problems with my truck were covered as the policy states under the Gold package warranty. It was the inspector who messed up. Well I'm out all that money and I can't get anyone to return my calls or e'mails. I've asked Jerome to cancel FWS policy on July1,2014 he said they had as of July13,2014. I called FWS today July 14,2014 and it has NOT been cancelled. Jim ellis GMC has cost me a great deal of time and money. I have spoken with and left messages with a few people there and NOONE has been helpful From Tony Russano who got loud with me on the phone and refuses to return my calls to Jerome Duncan who avoids calls and e-mails to Sheldon Story who sales 'Lemons'. I wish i could have my money back and I will state this dealership is crooked by my expierence. More
Just the thought of going to car dealerships stresses me out. I am shy, not good at haggling, and panic when pressured. But we had a great car buying experience beginning to end! There weren't pictures of the car online yet, so Alan(salesman) took numerous pictures of the car we were interested in, and texted them to us. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant while we sipped on complimentary chai, waiting for Alan to finish a test drive. Before we knew it, we met Alan and were taking our test drive. Alan was very nice, personable, informative, and never pushy! The Buick Rendezvous (which we ended up purchasing) was already priced a good amount below KBB's value. And we successfully negotiated an even lower price despite our lack of haggling skills! Not only was the price better than all the other Rendezvous we've looked at, but it looked a lot better than I ever could have expected an 8 year old car to look! And even though the purchasing part is over, Alan is still being helpful. He has mailed to me the contents of my trade in that I didn't find when cleaning it out. I'm very appreciative of having a car door opener, again! And he has contacted the previous owner just double checking that there wasn't a second set of keys for the vehicle. No luck but it was worth a shot! I definitely appreciated the laid back but professional atmosphere at the Jim Ellis Buick Mall of Georgia! More

We drove Ford, Acura, Nissan, Toyota, and other GM products, but the Enclave surpassed them all in comfort, handling,room, and features. Our salesman was Steve Kerns who was helpful,friendly, low pressure, and the whole experience was great, including the service and maintenence department...extremely accommodating! We now consider ourselves Jim Ellis fans. More
