Awesome experience from start to finish! I was put in contact with Jim Ellis and Jesse through a site called Car Guru, where I submitted an inquiry about a black Malibu. I didn't know this w I was put in contact with Jim Ellis and Jesse through a site called Car Guru, where I submitted an inquiry about a black Malibu. I didn't know this was the dealership the car was at, but I am very happy it was! Not too long after that submission, I received a nice email summary from Car Guru (it was late when I submitted it, so like 11pm) and the next day before noon I had a super nice email from Jesse letting me know he would be my primary contact and his direct line. After emailing, we set up a time to meet for a few days later. I had let him know I was interested in looking at some Ford Fusions as well. He was patient, thorough, and detail oriented making the appointment. After arriving at my appointment today, I found out that the original car I requested to look at was gone, but he already had the keys for the three Fusions. We took one for a nice drive ( I was crazy about the color of the other two), reviewing the details, but I was a little uneasy about the mileage on it. Jesse was super informative and again, patient, as I made a call and took some time to think. In the meantime, he found another Malibu and said it might be closer to some of the specs I was looking for. I decided to take a look, ended up driving it, and fell in love with it. Of course, I had lots of questions and concerns, but Jesse was honest, open, and happy to answer everything or find out the answer for me. He is very genuine and makes you feel super comfortable and not pressured about everything. He introduced me to Dee, his finance manager, who was equally patient and great, and did everything he could to help me out. Jesse also walked me through getting started on all of the features and trials on my car, including my onStar welcome call, and had the car washed, detailed, and filled with gas for me. All in all, Jesse is a sweet and intelligent consultant and I would definitely recommend him and the rest of the team at Jim Ellis for any and all of your car shopping needs! More

From the warm greeting of the receptionist to the final delivery of our new car. We showed up unannounced 5 minutes before they closed(we thought the closed later) Nathan Shaw introduced himself and told us not be concerned about when they closed. He worked with us at his desk and had a sales person bring up our desired vehicle. Richard was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We were the only people in the store besides Nathan, Richard, and Levi and despite the hour, we never felt rushed or pressured. We had questions about the trade value and Nathan was very helpful on showing and explaining the value they put on our trade. I would have never imagined in 100 years a dealership would show us a glimpse into how their business worked. in the end, the transparency and bad carfax on our trade we didn't know about allowed us to find agreeable numbers. Nathan and his staff's professionalism, honesty, and energy made this not only the best car buying experience I ever been involved in, but hands down the best buying experience we've ever had. M. Parts department is terrible I went by this dealership today to get a part for my GMC truck. Asked the girl at the service desk about it and she called someone that was supposed t I went by this dealership today to get a part for my GMC truck. This was the worst customer service I've ever had at a dealership. This place better get their act together cause there are lots of dealesrships to choose from. I've been there for the LAST TIME More

Terrible Experience! Horrible Customer Service! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again! We purchased a used SUV from Jim Ellis on July 3rd that needed a new r HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again! We purchased a used SUV from Jim Ellis on July 3rd that needed a new rear view mirror and to have a small crack in the windshield repaired. The dealership wrote us a "We Owe" for the repairs/replacement. No one contacted us as of August, so we began to call them. I called several times and left multiple messages with no answer or returned call. I finally was able to get someone in service, in September, and was told to bring the vehicle in and that they had ordered the replacement mirror. We took the car to the dealership on September 22nd (almost 2 months from purchase) and the next day another guy called and said they hadn't ordered the mirror and would do so that day. The car was finally repaired on September 29th, almost 2 months from when we purchased it. If we hadn't called them and pressed, I don't think they would have ever called us or honored their "We Owe". There were other minor issues with the brake petal and steering wheel that the salesman said "wouldn't be an issue to have fixed" that dealership refused to repair as well. This was the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership but will definitely be the last! I would expect better customer service for a repeat customer! I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Attorney General as well. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! More

With any previously owned vehicle you always wonder about your vehicle and possible problems.... My GMC has been excellent! The purchase was easy and great. Not the typical pushy stuff. The dealership is outstanding! Have been to the service dept to complete routine things and Kevin Wellborn has been a pleasure to work with, and the wait times are short. Way to go, this is how vehicle ownership is supposed to be. More
