We visited another dealership and were extremely disappointed even though we liked the Yukon. Then, we came to Jim Ellis GMC. We dealt with Joe Hecht and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was informative and patient, You could really tell how much he valued good customer service. We felt we were treated fairly and were thankful to purchase our Yukon Denali (our first GMC). I wish I could explain how much I love this vehicle. Every element of the vehicle is convenient and comfortable. The features are so much more than expected. Joe was conscientious and followed up with us regarding the WeatherTech floor mats we ordered. When they came in he even installed them for us, I would definitely recommend this dealership and Joe Hecht. Jasmine Kennedy the finance lady was quick and organized and also a pleasure to deal with. I was speaking to Alan Cavell from Jim Ellis and he was very welcoming. Great thanks to him for waiting on me since I drove 2.5 hours to get there, I was a little late. Anyway Alan made sure I got enough time to spend with the Camaro Convertible 2017 I bought, took me on a test drive, gave a great overview of vehicle and stayed back much longer after the dealership was officially closed for the day, working with me on the paperwork so I could smoothly ride my new ride home.
