From the first phone call to confirm the car was still there, To driving off in my "new" car, I felt comfortable. Ken was my sales guy and he was so kind and professional, knew exactly what he was talking about. I do have to mention.... I had my two children with me. Ages 2 and 5. Not the easiest way to look at a possible car but the entire staff loved my kids and made me feel like they actually enjoyed having them in the showroom. When Ken pulled the car up, someone actually ran up to give kiddos a snack so they had something to do while mom looked at the car. Fantastic! I drove the car, called my husband and Ken waited with me while my husband drove up to the dealership, never making me feel like it was a hassle. We ended up buying the car two hours later (yikes!) and I can't stop looking outside to check it out. Never would have thought I would be driving a vehicle off the lot that day. It was such a pleasant experience and I if I ever want to change cars again, I would come right back here! More

Mislead and didn't fix the problem I will never bring my vehicle into this location ever again. I have taken it in three times. I was told a part was completely replaced only to find I will never bring my vehicle into this location ever again. I have taken it in three times. I was told a part was completely replaced only to find out it wasn't after another dealership informed me because it still wasn't fixed!!. Aaron either flat out lied to me or he just doesn't know what he's doing. Not much better that he hangs up on me when I inform him he is the reason I will not be bringing my truck back. The other times I brought it in service blamed me for using Kroger gas.... I can get better customer service anywhere . I may be a female taking a truck into a dealership but I am certainly not stupid. Save your money time and energy and take your vehicle somewhere else... More
Car buying nightmare! I am extremely DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SALES PERSON RICHARD NOURIE. I purchased a 2017 Yukon from Richard on Friday 7/21. At that time I traded in my 201 I am extremely DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SALES PERSON RICHARD NOURIE. I purchased a 2017 Yukon from Richard on Friday 7/21. At that time I traded in my 2012 Tahoe. Everything leading up to Friday went smoothly. Richard had even set the Yukon aside so it would be available when I arrived. Fast forward to today (3 days later), I called Richard to tell him my brother-in-law wanted to buy the Tahoe I had traded in. He informed me the vehicle was in the service department and that he would forward me the report once he had it. I never heard back from his during the day so I reached out to him later in the evening. At that point he told me that he had left the dealership to deliver a car to Kennesaw and simply forgot to set the vehicle aside for me. When he returned to the vehicle, another buyer was test driving the Tahoe and ended up buying it right out from under us! Richard Nourie dropped the ball, and offered no apologies! This is the second time I've dealt with Jim Ellis. The first time in Chamblee was miserable. This time in Buford started good, but ended horribly! I will absolutely NOT being doing any further business with Jim Ellis. Too many players in the car-buying game! More
