Great listener After hitting dealerships up and down the Mall of GA strip, we stopped at GMC and Craig last. He really helps my wife and I find the SUV that fit our needs with kids that outgrew our current smaller SUV. My son will get my car when he turns 16 in a couple of years and I will definitely be back to visit GMC Mall of GA and Craig at that time for a new car purchase. More

Overpriced So I brought my car in to be serviced because it was overheating. I have a gold warranty because that was recommended to me when I purchased my car. I So I brought my car in to be serviced because it was overheating. I have a gold warranty because that was recommended to me when I purchased my car. I was told the $40 part that was needed to fix my car wasn’t covered unless I had the gold plus warranty and it would be $400. And to top things off, I was told part was in stock, then part was at another dealer and would be in that afternoon and then part didn’t come in. When I called close to closing I was told that they found it at yet another location and would be in the next morning. All in all, I expected so much more given my previous experiences had been so wonderful. More

The other dealership barely even told me about the vehicle I test drove. I already knew I was interested in the Terrain but also curious about a Jeep.
