Initially brought my car in for a routine oil change, and a transition leak was discovered. I had an appointment near the end of the day and was out in less than 45 minutes. I turned my lease in yesterday to get into a new one, and honestly, it was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. David reached out to me on my cell before I even walked into the dealership, which honestly, it was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. David reached out to me on my cell before I even walked into the dealership, which already told me he was going to take care of me. He was polite, he listened, and I could tell he actually cared about getting me the best deal instead of just closing a sale. I told him my budget going in, and somehow he came in under it. I still can’t believe that happened. No pressure, no games, just straight up honesty the whole way through. Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough. If I could give David a 6, I would.
