My wife and I recently relocated to Maryland after 15 years in Atlanta. We were both existing Infiniti owners before marriage (we had nearly identical cars). I donated my '92 vehicle to charity before moving and we now use my wife's 96 Infiniti exclusively. Our move to Maryland, combined with some scheduling complications as a result of a planned trip to Santa Barbara meant that we needed to get the Maryland Vehicle Safety Inspection done very quickly. From the moment I made the initial inquiry via the Jim Coleman website, our experience was positive. We were matched with a Service Technician, Roy Silva. Mr. Silva was very accommodating of my schedule and time pressure. I received prompt email replies and call backs to apprise us of the progress on servicing the vehicle. Once the repairs were completed, I arrived early on a Thursday morning to fetch my vehicle and I proceeded to the check out desk and encountered what would otherwise have become a rather challenging logistical impediment. It was at that moment that Judy recognized my concern and, without me even needing to ask, she spoke with Mr. Silva. Mr. Silva was clearly empowered to make an executive call that immediately removed the roadblock. I cannot tell you how nice it feels when a place of business recognizes how to care for its customers. I am not sure how much longer we will continue to rely on my wife's car as our primary vehicle, but when we decide to replace it; it will be with an Infiniti. And, without doubt, WHEN we decide to replace it, our business ABSOLUTELY will be with Jim Coleman Infiniti. They have EARNED a new customer! More

Great experience. Staff went above and beyone to make me happy and give me a fair deal. There was some confusion regarding navigation, turns out the vehicle I purchased did not have it - - I thought it did happy and give me a fair deal. There was some confusion regarding navigation, turns out the vehicle I purchased did not have it - - I thought it did, JC took extra money off the vehicle price, redid the paperwork and gave me cash towards the purchase of a GPS - - now, if that's not working hard to make someone happy, I don't know what is. I wasn't real happy w/the color of the FX 45 (orange); but it was the only 08 45 available in the midatlantic regaion, hard car to find - and 08 w/low mileage (4k) -- the finance guy, Joe saw me outside - I didn't know who he was, he said Hey, you'll get to like the orange color, it is very unique, it will grow on you - - very kind words and very wise - - he's right - - I like it. Chris Obanion went out of his way for me, he personally delivered floor mats and programmed my bluetooth. The sales manager was honest and direct - I appreciate that. I would definitely go back to JC and would hope to be able to work with the same people. More
Outstanding experience. Frankly, I'm still stunned by how pleasant and easy the process was. I'm the "car guy" in the family and the hard-nosed type, so negotiating and buying are usually outsourced to how pleasant and easy the process was. I'm the "car guy" in the family and the hard-nosed type, so negotiating and buying are usually outsourced to me. That means I've been in and out of a lot of dealer showrooms, test-driving cars and negotiating deals. Had practically every bad or mediocre experience you can imagine. "Waiting game", "let me check with my manager", "sorry that car sold but this $5,000 more expensive one is here", good cop/bad cop, aggressive finance people peddling aftermarket parts, arrogant salesmen, credit apps submitted in my name when I specifically said I was ONLY filling PART of the app out to meet Patriot act requirements and that I did not need or want credit etc etc. Nothing like that happened at Jim Coleman Infniti. We walked in looking like average people. We were reated with respect and immediately taken on a test drive without question. Salesman wasn't arrogant or pushy. He told us up front what he had in inventory and what it would cost. We test drove a few other cars, decided to buy the G37 and called back a day later to negotiate a deal. He confirmed the car was still in stock, worked up an "out the door" price and got the car ready. Walked in on Sunday, filled out only the paperwork truly necessary to buy the car (unlike dealerships which sneak in all sorts of rubbish) and left with the car. THe whole thing was amazingly easy and smooth. I've had more trouble buying toasters at Wal-Mart! Everyone was polite and helpful. No pressure, no scare tactics. Just professional. If my next car is an Infiniti, I will be calling them first. More
I recently purchased a certified Infiniti from the staff at Jim C. The service was wonderful, experience nice and easy going. Either by phone or e-mail the sales rep was lighting fast to get back to me at Jim C. The service was wonderful, experience nice and easy going. Either by phone or e-mail the sales rep was lighting fast to get back to me on things like features, finance etc. I had a good deal of questions regarding the car I bought and everything was answered. To close the purchased I asked for 3 things to be taken care of with the car. The service and level of urgency to accomplish those tasks was appreciated, and now I'm very pleased with the purchase. If your looking for a intelligent and professional staff look here. More
Great experience. Mr Davis went the 'extra mile' in getting me into the M35 that worked best for me even though it meant extra paperwork/cost for both he and the dealership as I had originally selected getting me into the M35 that worked best for me even though it meant extra paperwork/cost for both he and the dealership as I had originally selected a G37, but changed my mind after it was delivered! Joe then delivered the new G35 unit squeeky clean and ready to drive. Absolutely no problems or complaints. Thanx Joe. More
I got my Infiniti EX35 (lease) from Jim Coleman in March 2009. Overall service provided to me by Joe Davis was very professional and helpful and so was the price (~1500 below invoice). That was my 2nd purc 2009. Overall service provided to me by Joe Davis was very professional and helpful and so was the price (~1500 below invoice). Terrible service, makes you wait a very long time to get apprasial for old car. Changes lease terms when negotiating. They will also spam you with a ton of useless emails, so don't give them your real one apprasial for old car. Changes lease terms when negotiating. About as bad as it gets for service. No clue about cars, no system (that works) for service.
