Simply wanted a diagnostic check(quoted $195) on my Infinity. They said my recently replaced starter failed after they started the vehicle and drove it into their shop and they could not diagnose my or Infinity. They said my recently replaced starter failed after they started the vehicle and drove it into their shop and they could not diagnose my original problem until I paid them $2,500. for the starter. I said no thanks, now they won't release my vehicle unless I pay the diagnostic fee, a service they admit they cannot perform. These people are the stereotypical dealership thieves. Please go elsewhere unless you have money to burn!! More
