But the service department and experience continues to be a sore subject in our household. When we make our appointments online they don't have, when we ask them to fix specific things under warranty they don't, they don't keep their time commitments when they tell us they are going to have the car done, they charged us for a car rental they should not have....this list goes on and on. We continue to hope it will get better but it doesn't matter what service tech we get, it a similar story. I would NOT recommend. More
I recently purchased my fourth and last Hyundai from Jim Click. This last one was actually purchased at the Auto Mall location. Much of my service was at the East location. My salesperson, Joel, is someone I have known and referred business to. He is very friendly and makes many promises. He is helpful as long as the "help" does not take much work. As soon as there is a significant problem, he can't help and he disappears. I can understand a car having problems. But the key to service is to take care of the problem, be available to the customer, and listen to the customer. I am in business and that is what I do. It is, however, what you do, not what you say. Like many car salespeople, this one is a good talker and will promise the world. But talking is not what service is about. Very unprofessional. I would not do business with this dealership again. The salesman would not tell my son how much they would allow on his trade-in car (which we drove to the dealership) until we agreed to buy the new Hyundai.I found this fantastic. We tried to reason but were unable to convine this salesman of the illogic of his position. So, we left. This is the second terrible experience I have had with a Click dealership. (The other being at the Nissan dealership a couple yers ago.)I gave the salesman a print out of a car purchase proposal from a Nissan dealer in Phoenix. My wife and I were shocked when he returned to his desk after talking to his manager and told us "We can't touch this." No discussion whatever. WOW! I, and my family, will never again give the Click personnel an opportunity to insult our intelligence. We live in Tucson and I believe in buying locally. However, we bought our Nissan in Phoenix, and my son ended up buying a Honda. More
When I took my car in for a check engine light I had scheduled an appointment. It took them 2 hours passed my appointment to start troubleshooting the problem that took 10 minutes to find. They are way over priced. I'll drive to phoenix before I use this company again. More
After returning our Hyundai for the same service problem 6 times (and being charged for service each time) we complained that they should stop charging us for repairs that did not fix the problem. After this we were told to take our car elsewhere for repair. They are very overpriced on parts (I discovered they were charging more than double the MSRP on parts) and do not appear to employ quality mechanics (6 times and still the problem was not fixed). More
