It took all day. the first car that I bought was missing some security thing because it would not start. they sent out Kalil from sales to fix it. when I tried to dr the first car that I bought was missing some security thing because it would not start. they sent out Kalil from sales to fix it. when I tried to drive it after he left, I had no brakes no a/c and there was a light on my dash. I called Kalil, he was angry that he had to come back. we sat in his car and he called a tow truck. I advised I would not be purchasing a new car that needs repair, he kept insisting its no problem and I could have a rental. I said no a lot. finally back at lot, next car had a constant hum that no one could figure out. Finally got my 3rd car, but instead on tan/blk it was gray/blk. I was told I could have like 5 detail cleanings since all the problems but I never got anything in writing. Julian was the highlight of the whole experience. More

Julian aided me professionally and patiently in finding a vehicle that was right for me, didn't give me any ultimatums or play hard ball when discussing pricing options, and made sure that I was comfortable while I was there (he even got me some pizza for lunch while I was finding insurance, which he also guided me through). After hearing horror stories from friends about how difficult/stressful it is to buy a car, this was truly a standout experience. More
