Expectations met I went to the dealership just to take a look at their SUV's since I have been in the marker for a new car for about 3 months thought the internet. I I went to the dealership just to take a look at their SUV's since I have been in the marker for a new car for about 3 months thought the internet. I only went to look at the cars I would be interested in purchasing. I really liked the Tucson SUV and the way it handled so I made the decision to purchase it. This is the first time I have been outside of Honda cars (or Honda motored cars). What tipped my decision towards the purchase of a Hyundai vehicle was their warranties compared to other cars. I did not expect to purchase the Tucson SUV right in there, so I went to the dealership kind of late, almost 6 PM, and from the time it took to look at the cars, compare their differences, etc., to driving the right vehicle, and then deciding to purchase it, the whole process ended past 11:00 PM. I was very impressed to see that anyone needed to have the transaction completed, and deliver a cleaned car out of the door, stayed up to the last minute. One thing that impressed me was that our salesman and his manager didn't "disappear" when they were deciding on the final price. All their discussions were in full view of us - leaving me with the impression that negotiations were sincere and our time was valuable.
