He understood I had a competive offer from another dealer and was willing to work with me on price and other features. like the oil change which was only local (I wanted Hyundai/national).The salesman, Julian Campbell, spent too much time selling 3rd party extras that I wasn't interested in and hadn't asked about. They tend to inflate the MSRP and make this dealer Jim Click Eastside noncompetitive on price versus other dealers. Mark Shows the finance guy seemed to denigrate the Hyundai warranty and made me sign a lot of papers when I refused a non Hyundai 3rd party warranty when I came to pick up the car. The dealer should focus more on selling Hyundai products and less on 3rd party extras. More
