We originally when to the Jim Click Hyundai dealership at the Auto Mall in Tucson. The first time we went to this dealership, the sales person approached us and was very aggressive. So much so that we were turned off and left. The next day we went back and a new sales person approached us and seemed ready to help. He was nice, but totally uninformed about what inventory the dealership had. Further he wasn't well versed on the features, etc. We were looking for a specific model with certain features, and we literally walked from car to car. Very poor experience. We test drove two cars, but left because the specific model, etc. was not available. In fact we were told by this sales person that they didn't have 2017 model yet!!!!!!! Which is what we were looking for. We left. Soooo after a couple of more days we decided to try the East side dealership, even though it is clear across the other side of town for us. VERY different experience. And we ended up purchasing the car we were seeking. Halid went way out of his way to get us what we wanted. More
