The Khalid Intervention Khalid is the main reason for the sale! I was interested in purchasing because I favor Hyundai however it was not a priority. Yet the time spent with Khalid is the main reason for the sale! I was interested in purchasing because I favor Hyundai however it was not a priority. Yet the time spent with Khalid allowed a personal touch to the car buying experience. There was a point I almost forgot I was buying a car. He was genuine, informative, and ensured that I would be completely satisfied with my investment. Even 2 weeks after, Khalid assisted when I had troubles with Android Auto. He simply said "Jose, come in and we will figure it out!" Without hesitation, he helped me figure it out. What was great was hearing him say "Jose, if this problem happens again, please let me know. This way we can share with Hyundai to prevent the potential problem with all customers." That was awesome! That's someone that was concerned with all customers. That's the kind of professional we need on a Team that cares about the whole investment of customers. I wish a 'Khalid' intervention for all Hyundai customers.
