I have boughten two truck. Both times I have the same issue. The first truck had mechanical issues. I took it back several times and they said it was just my imagination, event Both times I have the same issue. The first truck had mechanical issues. The second vehicle had major issues, again the service department said they were due to user error. Another dealership has worked on it three times and it has been found unsafe to drive. More

They fix mistakes and issues as quickly as reasonably expected most of the time,I had to get a new motor put in my brand new truck before it had even 6500 miles but they fixed it and sofar at 7600 miles expected most of the time,I had to get a new motor put in my brand new truck before it had even 6500 miles but they fixed it and sofar at 7600 miles it's still going good,they damaged my front clip while doing the repair and have yet to fix it after contacting them which is frustrating,the service advisor josh is by far the best person I've worked with there and shane B.
