Salesman did great getting me the truck I wanted, but. .. This is my 6th new vehicle purchase and never have I been more upset and treated like a fool by your finance process. Such a bait and switch deal .. This is my 6th new vehicle purchase and never have I been more upset and treated like a fool by your finance process. Such a bait and switch deal I was disappointed I should have walked out and not bought the truck! I ask your salesman 3 days ahead of time if I made the deal and have great credit I should get the 5.9 for 84 correct???He said YES shouldn't be a problem, let us try to get you the deal.. Your finance guy kept me in the dark and tried to get me to sign a 9.8% finance deal.. "credit score 770" I had to tell him to STOP and tell me what he arranged!!!!!! I drove a long ways with a trailer to pick up my truck and it was getting late and 20 min later I settle on a 8% deal and left there pissed off. For some reason your Salesman didn't want me to get pre-approved and now I understand.... I will be there next week to pick up my accessories and at this point have no intention to ever spend a dime at Jim Butler again. Highly disappointed!!! More
