I hope this email finds you well, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the unsatisfactory experience you encountered during your recent visit to Jim Butler Service Center on February 27th. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and I assure you that we take your concerns seriously. I'm deeply disappointed to learn that your tire rotation was not completed as requested and that we were unable to assist you with the removal of the locking lug nuts due to the absence of the locking lug nut key. This is not the level of service that we strive to provide to our valued customers, and completely understand your frustration and disappointment. Regarding the oversight in the inspection process prior to your vehicle purchase, I want to extend my sincerest apolgies for any in convenience this has caused you. We pride ourselves on conducting thorough inspections to ensure the quality and saftey of all vehicles sold at JIm Butler. It's clear that we fell short of meeting your expectations in this regard, and I want to assure you that we will be reviewing and improving our inspection process to prevent similar issues from occuring in the future.
