The person handling my financing was very evasive on the cost of the extended warranty. Very pushy when I told him I did not want it he still was pushing me I have bought a truck before at Jim Butler Lin cost of the extended warranty. The service was fine, took too long to schedule an oil change though. I don't appreciate the credit card charge. Started off with a bate and switch trying to show us a different vehicle than what we drove over an hour to see and then very low balled offer on our trade in and now you have it listed for $19k with the different vehicle than what we drove over an hour to see and then very low balled offer on our trade in and now you have it listed for $19k with the carfax report of “2 prior accidents” used against us. We have yet to hear back from Dakota about the 1 tire that is cupped bad. Now both front tires are cupped bad. After the sale we’ve had no return calls. We were lied to about the extended warranty as we got it because we were told we’d be able to get our 2nd key but now we have to pay for that as well. Jeep only came with 1 key fob. You couldn’t leave us alone with calls and such but when we needed you all we’ve heard is crickets. We won’t be back and won’t be referring anyone. Made what should have been an exciting and happy event with buying a vehicle into a very disappointing event. Shame on you. It’ll be interesting to see how much the other extended warranty items will cost us. It would be nice if Dakota would at least return my husbands calls. More
