My salesman Mike was straight up hustling. Went to talk to my wife's cousin but Mike intercepted us immediately. He was at our car door before we was stopped. I stick to a budget and will not make a purchase unless it is a fair or good deal. Jim Butler always had the most competitive pricing on their trucks. I was fortunate to make a good purchase at their dealership. Which typically doesn't happen for me. I am sure I drove Mike up the wall. But he was persistent and made the deal happen. I was crunched for time and had to leave in the start of the negotiations. I have him my budget, of course he tried to make me bust it but in the end I stuck to it and we reached a fair deal. Actually the deal was in my favor. Unfortunately my truck didn't make it home on its own and had to be towed back in. The dealership kept their word and honored their warranty. Had my truck ready within a few days. I love the truck and they will be my first consideration for and further vehicle purchases. I would have given a 5 but nobody is perfect and I wanted to provide an honest review. More

The dealership promised my car would be through service on Monday and delivered since I was purchasing it on Saturday. They sold too many cars that weekend and were not able to fulfill the promise leaving on Monday and delivered since I was purchasing it on Saturday. I had to call multiple times and leave message after message to ensure my vehicle was delivered Tuesday because their internal communication was not good. After the deliver the vehicle on Tuesday i discovered they didn’t put the floor mats back in the vehicle after detailing it. My sales person called to tell me he found them and ask if I could drive 2 hours round trip to pick them up. I was unable to do that so they sent a sales person the next day to bring them to me. Seems like all they care about is making money, not paying attention and actually doing things the right way. The sales process was slow but that is typical these days. More

The staff was very courteous and I felt that my vehicle had been left in good hands. My vehicle was brought around for me and was clean when I got in it. My only complaint would be the how far in advance y had been left in good hands. My vehicle was brought around for me and was clean when I got in it. It’s hard to guess how far in advance to call so that you don’t run too many miles over before your appointment. Most other places are a week but here it’s a month. You can put a lot of miles on in a month. More
