Can never get a phone call back from the new car sales manager to discuss options for a better review for Jim Butler. The financing department only gave us financing options with the cost of what the vehi manager to discuss options for a better review for Jim Butler. The financing department only gave us financing options with the cost of what the vehicle payments would be with the maintenance plan options and never what the plans actually cost. They never showed us what the vehicle payment plan would be for just the vehicle. Did not realize that the cheapest maintenance plan was over $7000 above the vehicle price. Good rebates don’t do any good when you have such high maintenance plans that you don’t want. Our sales person was very good. We never got showed the final price on the vehicle we just signed a computer screen . More
