We finalized the deal over the phone before I made the trip, so when I arrived at the dealership, all the paperwork was ready, making the visit smooth and stress-free. The only minor issue was that the truck sustained some roof damage during transport from the manufacturer, which prevented me from driving it home that day. However, Shane and the team at Jim Butler Chevy quickly arranged a loaner vehicle, handled the repairs, and delivered the new truck right to my driveway in KC.
