We had two options we wanted to have presented to us and after 4.5 hours we never got the information we had requested several times and walked out with a new auto that we are not pleased with and that’s th after 4.5 hours we never got the information we had requested several times and walked out with a new auto that we are not pleased with and that’s the bottom line. In the end they wanted to sell anew auto, they didn’t want to deal with our leased 2021 Jeep period ! We are not happy and disappointed with our process. More
