Pretty sure it was the salesman. I took the car back a day later and explain to the sales guy.What was wrong with the car, And he told me they were NEVER going to do anything about it.. He just sold it that way without saying a word to me. That won't determine my going back to Jim Butler because the other sales went fine. More
