I just bought my Telluride and haven't needed the service department, so I don't know who Keith Sutton is. But Katye was phenomenal. She was patient and knowledgeable with my many questions and didn't even f department, so I don't know who Keith Sutton is. But Katye was phenomenal. She was patient and knowledgeable with my many questions and didn't even freak out on the test drive when I enthusiastically announced, "Okay, let's test out the horsepower!"
