Roger Harmann is a great guy and salesman. Easy to work with and laid back. Negotiated the deal over the phone and had an OTD price within 10 minutes. Katye and Scott were pleasant and provided a quality, no-nonsense experience. However, I my deal got passed over to the used car manager and I nearly walked out. He demonstrated a level of disrespect t no-nonsense experience. However, I my deal got passed over to the used car manager and I nearly walked out. He demonstrated a level of disrespect toward me that made me immediately walk out the door and and plan to purchase a vehicle at a competitor. Katye reached out to me a few hours later with apologies and we had a deal done the following morning. More
