Great experience. The financial man, Scott’s language was somewhat offensive. He spoke like a “good old’ boy” using inappropriate words in front of a woman. I am very impressed with the car salesman Jeremy Kehrer, he didnt pressure me, worked well with me, no trying to convince or pressure me at all/ When I saw the car I knew I wanted it and bought it the next he didnt pressure me, worked well with me, no trying to convince or pressure me at all/ When I saw the car I knew I wanted it and bought it the next day. I worked with Jonathan & Keith on this complaint regarding the trim being denied is absolutely unacceptable. I sent a message to Jonathan 2 days ago and no response back! After speaking with other d regarding the trim being denied is absolutely unacceptable. I sent a message to Jonathan 2 days ago and no response back! After speaking with other dealerships I have been told that since I still have an active basic warranty and with the trim being a manufactured defect that the dealership is responsible for taking care of situation. If Kia corporate continues to deny it, then it's up to the dealership (Jim Butler) to rectify the situation. This is just wrong on all levels! I need to speak with the general manager or someone that can approve my claim. No terms of service have been provided to deny my claim, only an entity (Bob DPSM) who just says it's denied. That's not a valid reason to deny anything. You've fixed all the recalls that KIA put out on my car, but now you won't accept a KIA defect. What is the difference? I'm just so upset that I'm having to go through this amount of work for a warranty that hasn't amounted to anything except wanting to tell everyone how you (Jim Butler) conducts business.
