Usually with each maintenance a car wash is done and for some reason this time my car was not washed...same dust and dirt on the outside as there was when I dropped it off. I will say the attempts to try and always replace something (tires, filters, etc) so I can pay a lot more is somewhat annoying and a makes it feel kind of dishonest. I say that because other car service centers/locations say it is not needed usually and it was an attempt to try to get the bill over a certain amount. More

Salesman wasn’t very knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold me. The finance manager lied to me about getting me the lowest interest rate. The only thing that was good about the experience was that they ha sold me. The finance manager lied to me about getting me the lowest interest rate.
