I am on the fence about Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield because most of my experience was positive but some little things did bother me. My salesperson Kenny was so nice, polite, and quick to reply to tex because most of my experience was positive but some little things did bother me. The finance guy Scott was amazing and so detailed and really helped me get a good warranty since all used cars over 100K miles comes "as is" and I have never bought a car as is so Scott helped me with that process. From the time we found the car online for my daughter and the time we purchased it and drove home was prob about 2 hours and an hour of it was the drive so very quick to close at this dealership. Now the little things that bothered me - I have bought about 20 cars over the 30 years I have been driving for my husband, myself, and our kids and I have always left the lot with a full tank of gas. When we arrived to pick up the used car, Kenny informed me he put a 1/2 tank of gas in it for me. Is that my "thank you" for purchasing a car from Jim Butler? 1/2 tank of gas? They don't negotiate on prices anymore because of the market so the least a dealership can do is fill your tank and thank you for your business but I asked why a 1/2 tank of gas and they acted like that was a lot to do for me. I was also NOT told it was "as is" until I went to sign the papers with Finance. The listing on the internet clearly mentioned warranty but that was just an ad about warranty Jim Butler offers. I asked what would happen if I drove off lot and it blew up and I was told by Kenny to make sure I purchase a warranty. Not even a 7 day promise to bring it back if anything was wrong with it! I was shocked a dealership as big as Jim Butler handled used cars like that - but first time I bought from them so you live and you learn. Overall I enjoyed my experience but I would def let Jim Butler know to fill the tank and look into short promised on used vehicles. More

I contacted Jim Butler Kia because I wanted to test drive a Kia Carnival. They did not wind up having any on the lot but offered two different models of the Kia sedona and I also wound up seeing and test dri a Kia Carnival. I did not feel hurried or pressured into anything and left feeling much better informed about what van I might choose. More
I have had nothing but problems with the service department..Will not fix the paint problem on my car ..Get a attitude when dealing with the service ..I pay a lot of money for my car for the paint t department..Will not fix the paint problem on my car ..Get a attitude when dealing with the service ..I pay a lot of money for my car for the paint to becoming off the front of my car ..I don't drive down gravel .Scheduled a oil change my son took it yesterday and they were suppose to put the part on the car that got broken after the last oil change but no one knows how that happened ..Now I have to make another appointment to drive my car back down their again for them to put it on which is absolute ridiculous because they knew to put it on during my oil change..We have bought 2 cars their since April and I can not believe I am having this much trouble .I should not be having paint chips on the front of my car ..Will not buy another vehicle through them or referred anyone to them ..
