Good selection of vehicles, "decent" prices but beware once you enter the finance office. We have EXCELLENT credit and was tagged with an almost 7% rate on a new vehicle. They "claimed" Kia Finance was th once you enter the finance office. We have EXCELLENT credit and was tagged with an almost 7% rate on a new vehicle. They "claimed" Kia Finance was the only company that we could go through. Interesting..... And definitely watch out for the big extended warranty pitch they pressure you with. Interesting how we were able to refinance this loan at our local bank for 4%. Beware. More

Imagine a car dealership refusing to sell a Car to you. It happened at Jim Butler Kia. They assumed I was flipping Tellurides and management refused to sell a Telluride to me.
