Keith and Jake were very welcoming to me, and genuinely wanted to get my car in as soon as possible to have my issue addressed. Keith kept me informed of the findings, and how to remedy it. I purchased a car with the understanding it came with the Jim Butler Powertrain as expressed to me from the salesman and the finance personnel. Only to now be without my car for almost 5 months due to engine Jim Butler Powertrain as expressed to me from the salesman and the finance personnel. Only to now be without my car for almost 5 months due to engine issues...not fixed and not only do I have to pay a large amount to get my car, I also have to pay waaaayyyy more to get it fixed. Of course still paying a note. Do not recommend! More
