It took us 1. 5 weeks to even get an appointment for my 1 year old car that was not driveable. We were told we couldn't have a rental, couldn't have a loaner, coul 5 weeks to even get an appointment for my 1 year old car that was not driveable. We were told we couldn't have a rental, couldn't have a loaner, couldn't get a tow. Nothing about the situation was easy at all. We called GM for a tow and it was at Jim Butler on Thursday 5/25. Our appointment was for 11:30 on 5/30. We called to see the status of our car and it wasn't even looked up yet. Wasn't hooked up to the diagnostics at all. We were told it would be Wednesday the 31st. We called a few times on the 31st and couldn't get ahold of our person we were supposed to be dealing with. We were finally told on the 31st when my husband went into the service department "weren't you told it would probably be 3-4 days?" Nope, sure weren't told that. We finally got the call that our car was hooked up to diagnostics on the 1st, but of course, they had to order the part so now we had to wait another day. Not sure why it doesn't make sense to hook up the diagnostics before so we aren't waiting another day. But what would I know. Our car was fixed on the 2nd. We paid our bill (for the oil change and tire rotation) that was $114. That seems a little absurd. After all of the issues we had I would think we could get some sort of customer satisfaction, 1/2 price oil change, detail, something?? No, we used our rewards and paid our bill. We will never be back. We have purchased 5 vehicles and leased 1 from this dealership and will never go back again. More

My car was in the shop for 8 days. Emissisons Warranty covered the repair. After 2 hours of picking up the car, the check engine light went back on. I took it back to the shop and more Emissisons Warranty covered the repair. After 2 hours of picking up the car, the check engine light went back on. I took it back to the shop and more warranty work was needed on the emissions again. After a few days my car started to make noise again intermittently when accelerating and now in less than a week after the last repair the check engine light is on again. Needless to say I am very frustrated and will be calling the service department in the morning. More
