What is the point of making an appointment then? When I make an appointment I expect for my car to be looked at then. Our car was there 5 days early. Telling me first come first serve doesn't make any sense after we were told to make an appointment and it would take a week and a half to get in. Maybe you should hire more people, maybe you should be more transparent. We also asked if we could go to another dealership closer and was told it would void the warranty. We were completely let down by this service department from the first day we contacted you.

We are confused as to which website you are referring to as our website doesn't mention a wait time on the menu or while scheduling. We normally quote 90 minutes to 2 hours for oil changes. We are glad that we were able to get you completed close to that. In the future, if 2 hours is too long you can utilize our shuttle or drop off option.
