This is the second time in a row I’ve had an issue after my oil change was done. I bring it to the dealership for quality service and at best been like going to Valvoline instant oil change. The first time my oil change was done. I bring it to the dealership for quality service and at best been like going to Valvoline instant oil change. The first time I had to bring back my truck to the dealership to get it the issue resolved. The next oil change I’am glad a walked around and opened up the hood before I left. Two and a half hours for what we had done is not good. You make an appointment to schedule your service and it seems it doesn't matter. Horrible service. Set an appointment up two weeks in advance only to drop it off and have it sit for 7 days before anyone even looked at it. Took 29 days total.
