The People there are great; Jim butlers prices are insane now. Not okay. Very disappointed in the price gauging, as I’ve used this dealership for both buying my cars and maintenance-ing my cars. Went in for a recall on my airbag cracked my dash said he had a video of it. I got there they couldn’t pull it up on camera. This is my first time buying a car, and the experience has been nothing but a giant headache. I was referred here by someone I respect, and I’m disappointed that it’s been like this.
